Shipping of orders in France and internationally.
Delivery within 10 days outside mainland France.
In France, you will be delivered within an average of 48 hours (working days) from receipt of payment.
If, after 11 working days you have not been delivered: please contact us immediately. After 15 days after shipment, we will not be able to make a complaint to the services concerned.
Delivery times are those given by the shipping services. They cannot hold LM Natura responsible if they are not respected.
For foreign countries, this duration is given excluding customs control times.
We use two delivery providers for France:
– DPD PICK-UP for delivery to a relay point
– DPD PREDICT for home delivery.
For abroad we use Colissimo international or Fedex.
You can track your package. In your customer area, consult your tracking number.
In the event of a return, reshipping will be done at the customer's expense at a rate of €6.

We also use Colissimo. Delivery time can vary between 4 and 7 days on average.
Returns
We know the effectiveness of our treatments, we do not hesitate to offer you the Satisfied or Refunded guarantee.
You have 14 days to test our treatments* and, if, at the end of this period you have not noticed any improvement, we undertake to refund your purchase. You will then need to contact us: by telephone on 02 57 64 07 59, or by email:conseils@Lm-natura.com

Reimbursement of your purchase (excluding shipping costs) will be made upon receipt of the package by our services.
*The guarantee is not valid on capsules.
If the product is returned due to our responsibility, we will reimburse you for the product, shipping and possible return costs.
